If you are the original end-user or purchaser of a Lucis Technologies home automation product and you are not satisfied with this product for any reason, you may return it in its original, brand-new condition with a valid sales receipt within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and receive a full refund. Returned items must not show any signs of damage and shall include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories. For promotional bundles, all included products must be returned together. Items that have been used, altered or that show wear or damage, clearance items, or those marked with a designation such as “Sample” or “AS-IS” are not eligible for return.


Only items that have been purchased directly from Lucis Technologies can be returned to Lucis Technologies. Products purchased through retailers must be returned in accordance with the retailer’s respective returns and refunds policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless explicitly stated in the contract between you and the retailer.


Refunds to Lucis Technologies are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. In the event of a material or workmanship defect we may cover shipping costs – please refer to our Limited Warranty for details.


To inquire about a return for a product purchased directly from Lucis Technologies please contact or complete a Product Replacement Claim within 30 days of purchase.
